The goal is to have these workshops taking place in every location of the state. Ultimately, people of all ages learn how to have a voice for what it is they need or want through the self-advocacy workshops (Van-Belle, et. al.,2006). Through this, success is achieved both in and outside of the school district for children of all ages to find their voice. This makes all the efforts worth it because the entire state will become more self-aware and have more confidence when dealing with this particular population (Van-Belle, et. al., 2006). In the end, their efforts are worth it through skill building.
